Latin American UFO Emitting “Orange Spheres”… Deja Vu
Gralien Report correspondent Marvin Bishop has sent us the following video, featuring Latin American Ufologist and television personality Jaimie Maussan interviewing a gentleman who videotaped a bright-orange UFO recently. In the video, the object appears by itself for a while, as the camera apparently struggles to focus on the glowing orange orb. After a while, the “craft” begins to release other smaller orbs, some of which dance around the craft, while others appear to hover in a solid line along with the the primary UFO in question. See below:
Regardless of my personal feelings toward the way that Maussan goes about coverage of such news (often opting for the sensational), this video is fascinating. Are these colored globes actually the alien by-product of extraterrestrial craft in our atmosphere, or could this be an example of a bizarre plasma manifestation similar in nature to ball lightning? If the latter were the case, does the mostly clear sky (or rather, the lack of weather systems conducive to lighting) apparent in the background of the video indicate otherwise? Whatever the circumstances, this odd appearance shares a few unique characteristics with other UFOs witnessed in recent years.
For instance, during the UFO flap in Stephenville, Texas last year, a variety of UFOs were described in the vicinity, some of which emitted similar-looking colored balls of light. One individual contacted LEMUR investigator and Gralien Report correspondent Mobius with his unique story:
“When we approached the location we saw intense redish lights ahead. As we came closer they were bright and plasma like, just above the ground and very large. The balls of light reacted to us when we were about 1000 feet from their location and moved skyward at a very high rate of speed. I was in my car looking upwards and it was then I saw a triangle shaped object high over my head. The orbs or plasma balls were moving upwards towards the triangle object. The triangle object was also moving upwards at a high rate of speed. The orbs were moving faster and joined up with the triangle. I had a camera in the car and reached over and grabbed it. I took 5 photos towards this area of the sky with the flash off. Of the 5 photos this is the only one that was clear. You will see the 2 orbs and triangle object. By the time this photo was taken they had already moved very high above my location and were almost about out of visible sight.”
Rather cryptically, the individual also told Mobius that “There is video of the lights as we approached and the plasma like balls on the ground but am not in a position to share this. I hope this photo will serve of some use in your investigation. I do not believe what I saw had anything to do with any type of secret military type technology else I would not have sent you this photo.” Whatever the case may have been, one must note the similarities in the colored balls depicted in this photo, when compared with the images in Maussan’s video above.
Similarly, the famous “Phoenix lights” also bear resemblance to the imagery depicted in this video:

After the appearance of the strange illuminations over Phoenix, then-governor Fife Symington later commented, “I’m a pilot and I know just about every machine that flies. It was bigger than anything that I’ve ever seen. It remains a great mystery. Other people saw it, responsible people. I don’t know why people would ridicule it. It was enormous and inexplicable. Who knows where it came from? A lot of people saw it, and I saw it too. It was dramatic. And it couldn’t have been flares because it was too symmetrical. It had a geometric outline, a constant shape.” Prior to this “admission”, the governor had seemed to take a rather light-hearted stance toward the occurrence, having an aide to his staff appear on stage at a press conference dressed as an alien, while he told news sources “we found who was responsible.” Why would the governor, an experienced pilot, later describe the same object as “enormous”, “inexplicable”, and “bigger than anything I’ve ever seen”, if the cause of the illuminations had been conclusive? It leaves little to the imagination.
Indeed, both of these reports bear similarities to the objects visible in the Latin American video above. In addition, the individual who witnessed the orange orbs and large triangle UFO in Texas said the smaller globes of light were “plasma-like”. However, does this in any way rule out extraterrestrial craft? It seems that the level of “high strangeness” on this one may be just too much to draw rational explanation… at least for now.
