No, not the object in the video itself, but the voice of the individual filming the piece, which is heard throughout. UFO Researcher Ray Dickenson kindly shared the following with me today via email:

The voice sounds like that of Santiago Yturria Garza, an investigator in Mexico with a good reputation. He was talking – on the track, maybe on his phone – to someone called Jaime, almost certainly Jaime Maussan, a TV journalist who Santiago has worked with when presenting material to conferences in the USA and elsewhere.

Looks like a good match for the voice… hopefully I’ll find out an email address, etc where Mr. Santiago Garza can be reached in the meantime. As for our Mylar-clad mystery floating in the distance, no better footage has been released to-date. More as it develops….
