This week on The Gralien Report, we open with some discussion about an anomaly in Antarctica, which brings the discussion around to a perennial favorite: the so-called “Ararat Anomaly,” which some hold to be evidence of an ancient flood, and the actual remains of Noah’s Ark as described in the Christian Bible. With or without its religious connotations, is this odd feature of Mount Ararat worthy of further scientific inquiry? We also discuss a new study that suggests the science behind meditation is seriously flawed… but are there problems with this logic, and the overall Western view of meditation and mysticism in general?
Then in hour two, we break down the recent announcement by Tom DeLonge and his newly introduced colleagues, whose aim is to try and bring about global change… by studying the characteristics of UFO technologies. To give us some perspective on the issue, Alejandro Rojas of Open Minds joins us, and gives us his insights, following his personal dialogue with DeLonge and some of the experts working with his new “To The Stars Academy.” Will this bring about the long-sought disclosure that UFO advocates have been after for years, or will it merely present new competition for aerospace companies like Space X?

Thank you for your beautiful comments about meditation. I would suggest that the commercial success of mindfulness is what motivates this new smear attack disguised as science. If meditation continues to grow it would get taught in American schools like in England. People trapped in their minds want to re-imprison those who have escaped. Thank you for this show, Micah.
