Is a global super-storm on the way?

Re. fears about our civilization taking a very serious hit from some impending solar storm, I recently had an interesting synchronicity: I was riding my bike with my iPod playing a Scientific podcast (don’t worry, I was on a very safe circuit) and the host of this program was making a very compelling case in favor of HAARP, the infamous facility in Alaska which has been blamed for everything from changing the weather, creating UFO false-flag attacks, to triggering earthquakes.
You see, HAARP is an excellent tool for studying the Ionosphere, and the way it reacts to the solar wind. If we learn enough about this vital area of our planet’s atmosphere, we might be able to issue warnings with enough time as to issue a precautionary shut-down of certain parts of the electric grid that could be more vulnerable in the event of a powerful CME.
So maybe some people in the government have been worrying about this increasing in solar activity for quite a while, and are taking the necessary precautions to safe-guard America’s technological infra-structure.
Anyway, the synchronicity came after the podcast ended and I switched my iPod to ‘shuffle songs’ mode. The very first song in the random playlist was U2’s Electrical Storm! 🙂
